Kuzak Roof Maintenance

I was very pleased with the work performed by Kuzak Roofing on my leaky roof. Being a General Contractor for a number of years myself I appreciated the excellent workmanship and attention to detail that the average person might not have seen. Bill and Jim brought to my attention a problem with my fireplace chase that could have been ignored or covered up by other roofing companies. Because of Bill and Jim’s desire to go beyond just doing a good job they saved me a lot of money and future repairs on the fireplace chase. Workmanship was excellent! Work was performed in a timely and prompt fashion! Cleanup was very impressive! The desire to achieve customer satisfaction was outstanding! ADDITIONAL COMMENT: After a hurricane, you cannot find a roofer that will work on a small roof repair job because they spend all their time on the big high dollar jobs and ignore the smaller repair jobs. The small repairs are just as important to the individual with a leaky roof as the person who needs a whole roof replaced. That was NOT the case with Kuzak Roofing! After contacting Frank the owner, the job was completed the next week. Roofers apparently fail to recognize their customers have long memories and we don’t forget how we have been treated and ignored when we ask a company to come and help us repair our roof!

Happy with the roofing job. Professional from the time of the estimate to the clean up. The roof met "Wind Mitigation" requirements which gives me peace of mind that the job was done right. Highly recommend this company.

I found Kuzak from a websearch on roof repair that took me to the Home Advisor website. Home Advisor sent out a request for free estimates from companies in my area, and Kuzak called me very shortly after that to set up an appointment for an estimate. They came out the next day, had the best price of the companies I got estimates for that day, and came back the day after that (on a Saturday) to do the roof repairs. The repairs were due to a leak around a vent above the bathroom. When they got here, I asked them to check the other vents and fix any that looked like they had a similar affliction. They ended up shoring up all 8 vents on the roof, and even walked around the whole roof fixing spots where the builder had left exposed nails that were very rusty after 8 years of Florida weather. I am very happy with the work that was done, the excellent price, and the top-notch workmanship. Considering that more rain was expected, I really appreciated their coming out so quickly to make the repairs. I have already recommended Kuzak to a friend who has had multiple repairs of the same leak in her sewing room.
